JOB SUMMARY
Reporting directly to the President and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as the senior business and financial leader for Bellarmine Preparatory School. The CFO provides strategic and operational leadership for the Business Office, including Human Resources, and is responsible for the overall budget and financial stewardship of the school in support of its mission and long-term sustainability.
The CFO oversees the school's Risk Management, Accounting, Student Accounts and Tuition Assistance, Payroll & Benefits, and Human Resources functions, ensuring strong financial controls, regulatory compliance, and effective business operations. In partnership with the President and Principal, the CFO provides strategic oversight and financial guidance for operational areas of the school, including facilities and capital planning. Job Summary:
Under general supervision, is responsible for art direction, design, and production of marketing and internal materials of the Fulcrum Foundation. Assists in determining the overall brand, advertising, and marketing strategy for the Foundation.
Specific Responsibilities:
Art Direction and Design

Project Management
Leads the design of print and digital materials from concept through completion.
Oversees all marketing projects from initial design through final delivery, managing a multi-draft process that includes design, copywriting, editing, and stakeholder review. Ensures all projects are completed on time and at a high standard of excellence. Responsibilities include conducting RFPs, negotiating vendor contracts, coordinating print production and proofing, and incorporating feedback from multiple stakeholders. Communicates proactively with key partners when priorities shift or timelines need adjustment.

1. Collaborates with the pastor/parochial minister in implementing the mission of the Parish.
This is accomplished by participating in the comprehensive planning, implementation

The Campus Monitor and Ambassador reports to the Dean of Students and is responsible for providing safety and security services by monitoring the campus, maintaining a visible presence to assist in creating a safe and secure learning environment as well as positively engaging with the students, staff, and community before, during, and after school assigned events.
This is a full-time, year-round position. Hours: 10:30 am–7:00pm – Monday- Friday with occasional weekend, morning, and evening work.
Essential Duties:• Serve as a welcoming ambassador to students, families, and visitors while maintaining a visible presence that supports campus safety and security. Through positive interactions and attentive monitoring, the position helps create a safe, respectful learning environment.• Monitors students in buildings and/or on campus. Helps to enforce garage rules associated with speed limit, parking, and student behavior.• Serves as substitute moderator for after school reflective consequence program (JUG). • Escorts students and visitors as needed.• Assist with evacuation of buildings during drills and actual emergencies or emergency lockdowns and review and update crisis intervention plan and/or evacuation procedures.• Assist departments with after hours security presence and/or assist in arranging outside security for some events. • Provides assistance for scheduled after hours activities on and off campus.
Other Duties:
• Conducts locker and property searches as assigned.• Prepare incident reports as requested.• Assists with the collection and processing of Lost and Found items. • Performs other duties as assigned.

Our Lady Star of the Sea is a Catholic Liberal Arts elementary school located in Bremerton, WA. Currently, OLSOS serves 235 students in Pre-Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. The Student Support Services/Learning Specialist supports the mission of the Catholic school by ensuring all students, regardless of learning style, ability, or background, have access to a high-quality, Catholic faith-centered education. This role focuses on creating inclusive, supportive learning environments through direct learning and behavior intervention support in collaboration with teachers, families, and administrators. The Learning Support Specialist provides expertise in differentiated instruction, intervention practices, accommodations, and learning support consistent with Catholic values and the dignity of every learner.
Our Lady Star of the Sea has one class per grade in preschool through 8th grade with a total of 240 students.
Salary/Benefits: The salary range for this position is from 45,000-60,000 Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data, applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, degrees, and certifications.

Learning Specialist Long Term Substitute

JOB OVERVIEW
St. Catherine School is seeking a learning specialist long term sub to join our K-8 team. This person would act as the learning specialist for small reading groups in 1st and 2nd grades and a middle scool math 1:1 class, establishing year-long routines and partnering with their grade level teachers to provide differentiated instruction.
St. Catherine teachers are enthusiastic, creative individuals who are child-centered and actively engaged in seeing and developing the full potential of each student. St. Catherine School is committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and we seek educators eager to personally grow and integrate these ideals in their teaching curriculum as well as into their communication with children, families, and colleagues.
The Learning Specialist is responsible for teaching 1st and 2nd grade small reading groups, mirroring the course content of whole group instruction, while providing an individualized environment for needed 1:1 support. This teacher will also teach a 1:1 MSM Foundations course blending skills across grade levels to foster progression across grade level standards while individualizing support to actively close learning gaps for foundational skills. This teacher will also conduct beginning of year assessments for 1st and 2nd grade students.
A school counselor, Vice Principal of Academics and Student Support, and another reading support teacher, provide additional support to students, teachers, and families.

Job Opening: Long Term Sub Primary Grade Teacher (3rd Grade)
St. Therese Catholic Academy (STCA) seeks a long term sub Elementary 3rd Grade teacher for the remainder 2025-26 school year. With the anticipation of job renewal upon mutual agreement. This is a self-contained role as part of our primary team but will be responsible for all Elementary Level Grade content. Specific assignments for additional time will be determined based on school needs and candidates' strengths.
STCA is a Preschool-8th grade Catholic elementary school in the heart of the Madrona neighborhood of Seattle, just 2 miles east of downtown. St. Therese is a welcoming, diverse, and faith-filled community that has been igniting the faith, minds, and dreams of our students since 1927. The school currently serves 150 students ages 3-14, 35% of whom receive free/reduced lunch. Our families commute from over 34 zip codes to be a part of our community, and over 60% of our families receive tuition assistance. Our staff (the Dream Team) has about 35 team members and is expanding along with our enrollment.
The Elementary consists of K-5 single grades, 7 teachers, and rotating assistants. Each homeroom teacher is responsible for teaching math, literacy, language arts & writing, science, social studies, and religion classes - at times sharing or exchanging with each other. Opportunities for collaboration, joint planning through the PLC process, and implementing creative new ideas exist and are welcome.
